Welcome to our home at 7525 E. Edison Street!  We hope to find renters who will enjoy it and take care of it as much as we have.  It's a perfect home for a growing family.  It is in a great location of Tucson, on the northeast side, but not far from mid-town.

It is very close to great shopping: Costco, Safeway, Fry's, Trader Joe's, Target, Park Place Mall, and many restaurants.  It's immediately adjacent to Udall Park, which is one of the city's nicest parks. Udall's recreational center offers many fantastic classes for adults and children, as well as racquet ball courts, weight room, track, swimming pool, soccer and baseball fields, and an outdoor track for jogging/biking.  It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the park from our home.  The drive to both Tucson Medical Center and St. Joseph's Hospital is under 10 minutes, and the drive to Banner University Medical Center is about 20.

Beautiful Sabino Canyon and Mt. Lemmon are easily accessible from our home.  It's in a safe neighborhood, and we have great neighbors who watch out for each other (in a good way, not in a nosey way).

Rent is $1600 per month.  Rent includes monthly pool maintenance and landscaping/yard care.  Rent does not include water, trash, and utilities.  Sorry, dogs not allowed.  One cat is okay.

Contact Ted for further information about the rental: tednaone at gmail dot com or (520) 419-1169.

Our low-maintenance xeriscape front yard.  We love our saguaro cactus!

Gated entry way.  All new double-pane windows throughout the house.

Entry hallway.  To the left is the living room.

Living room.

There is a formal dining room off the living room.  We do not use it as a dining room.

This very large storage unit from Ikea will stay in the house.
It is awesome for storing crafts, games, and other gear.

Family room.

This is a gas fireplace.  We use it in the winter.

Kitchen and dining area.
(The picture above is prior to our kitchen update,
but this gives you an idea of the dining area next to the kitchen.)

Kitchen with new quartz countertops.  Double oven, electric range.
Microwave is also included (on the counter.)
High performance dishwasher, and very deep sink (single basin).  Recessed lighting.

Bedroom #1.  Don't mind the paint--we were trying out a new color, but then changed our minds.  The room has been painted a neutral color.

All three bedrooms have ceiling fans.  This bedroom's fan blades have been removed, because they were too close to the loft bed.  But they are easily reinstalled.

Bedroom #2  Both of these bedrooms have blackout shades in the windows which have been helpful when the sun rises early in the summer.  This room has also been painted a neutral color.

Again, the master bedroom has been painted a neutral color.

Master bath with shower

Laundry room, off of the kitchen.  It leads out to the garage.

The door on the right goes into the extra 4th room.

Through the years, we have used this room as an office, guest bedroom, and play room.

This door leads to a storage room that has 3 very large, deep shelves.

Not many yards in Tucson have grass, but ours does!  In Tucson, there are 2 grasses that grow--one in the winter and one in the summer.  Our summer bermuda grass is growing in.

The play structure comes with the house.

The trampoline and round swing do not come with the house.

A pool is a must-have in Tucson!

We get a ton of oranges from our orange tree every winter and make them into orange juice.
